The interests of our donors, our people and our communities are at the centre of everything we do and this is particularly important during these unprecedented times.

With this in mind, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that we are putting in place a number of robust measures designed to make health and safety a top priority whilst still enabling people to donate.

We urge donors to make online donations and avoid coming to our offices, however, if this cannot be avoided and you are symptom free, you can drop donations and goods off to any of our offices. Our staff are working within the advice given and keeping our offices clean and disinfected at all times.

The situation is very fluid, changing by the hour and we all have to make changes in our lives. The way we work, interact and the precautions that we must take to slow and eventually eradicate the virus.

We are working with the local councils and partners to support the vulnerable and quarantined in our local communities. From collecting donated items to delivering food and essential goods to those in need in their homes.

Our container aid – we are still taking and collecting donated goods and sending containers to those in need.

International aid and support programmes are running smoothly without disruption.

In this difficult time please continue to support us, keep donating so we can support you and those most in need in our communities and around the world.

Thank you for your continued support, we couldn’t do this without you.
