Bangladesh Floods

Flash floods have left millions of people stranded and their homes underwater. At least 18 people have died as floods cut a swatch across northeastern India and Bangladesh.

Much of the Sylhet region is experiencing power outages and telecommunication breakdowns.

Local media is reporting around 10,000 people have been moved into temporary refuge, mostly opened up in primary schools.

Thousands have already lost their homes, livelihood and lack access to essential food, water, and even basic medical assistance.

The situation is incredibly bleak and without essential aid, it will only get worse.

One Nation are on the ground providing emergency aid and food packs to those most in need.

Importance of your Donation

“Whoever relieves a believer’s distress of the distressful aspects of this world, Allah will rescue him from a difficulty of the difficulties of the Hereafter. Whoever alleviates [the situation of] one in dire straits who cannot repay his debt, Allah will alleviate his lot in both this world and in the Hereafter. Whoever conceals [the faults of] a Muslim, Allah will conceal [his faults] in this life and the Hereafter.”
