Help break the cycle of Poverty

Through IGP (income generating projects) One Nation aims to improve the quality of life for people living in extreme poverty, and help provide a long term sustainable income.

When individuals can support themselves, they can establish a sustainable and thriving community for generations to come.

One Nation teams liase with the local council / community leaders to identify the poorest households and prioritise them for support.

Each beneficiary will be thoroughly trained in sales, money management, business etiquettes, and Halal/Haram guidance.

Self-sustaining income generating projects can help the poor in several ways:

1. Providing sustainable income: Self-sustaining income generating projects provide a reliable source of income for the poor. This income can be used to meet their basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter.

2. Creating employment opportunities: These projects create employment opportunities for the poor, which can help to reduce poverty and improve their standard of living. By providing jobs, these projects can also help to stimulate economic growth in the local community.

3. Building skills and knowledge: Self-sustaining income generating projects can provide training and development opportunities for the poor, helping them to build skills and knowledge that can be used to improve their livelihoods in the long term.

4. Empowering the poor: By providing the poor with the means to generate their own income, self-sustaining income generating projects can help to empower them and give them greater control over their lives and their futures.

5. Encouraging entrepreneurship: These projects can encourage the poor to become entrepreneurs and start their own businesses, which can help to create more jobs and stimulate economic activity in the local community.

Overall, self-sustaining income generating projects can help to break the cycle of poverty by providing sustainable income, creating employment opportunities, building skills and knowledge, empowering the poor, and encouraging entrepreneurship.
