I’ve received the wrong order?

In the event that you receive the wrong items, please let Chewwies know and the correct items will be posted to you immediately. Email Chewwies at support@chewwies.com, please include your order number and full name.

My order was damaged in transit?

A damaged or broken outer box will not affect your vitamins. However, if your items are damaged in transit, please email Chewwies at support@chewwies.com

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied. You may return any unopened supplements to Chewwies within 7 days of receipt.

How long will it take for my refund to be credited to my bank or PayPal account?

All refunds should appear in your bank account within 7-10 working days of being processed. Please be aware that refunds will not be processed until the returned items have been received at Chewwies warehouse. Products must be returned unopened and the original packaging must be unmarked. Please note cost of delivery is non-refundable.

Contact customer service via support@chewwies.com. Inform Chewwies of your request and order number. They will then reply with instructions on how you should proceed.

Package the goods well, preferably in the same box your order shipped or a padded envelope. Damage arising during transit because of inadequate packaging will be charged to the customer. Chewwies is not responsible for the transport of the returned items. We highly recommend a tracked postal service.

What happens if my product is damaged or defective?

You can always return for a full refund if the product was defective. The product must be returned to Chewwies to make a judgement. As a customer you are responsible to make a careful inspection of the products that have been delivered to you to make certain that they are not damaged or incorrect in any way. If a product is damaged or incorrect when it is delivered it should be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact Chewwies customer service via support@chewwies.com. Please state your reasons for the return and order number and we will reply to you shortly thereafter with further instructions on how to return the product.
