- I understand that the itinerary or activities may change or be cancelled due to weather, safety, transport disruption or circumstances beyond the organisers' control.
- I understand that the £300 deposit is non-refundable and secures my place, with the remaining balance due by the stated deadline, subject to applicable booking terms and legal rights.
- I understand that travel arrangements are made through GoGlobe (Yorkshire) Ltd and are subject to their terms and those of the relevant suppliers.
- One Nation strongly advises all participants to take out suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, repatriation, cancellation, baggage and the activities included in the trip.
- I am responsible for my passport, travel documents and personal belongings.
- I accept responsibility for damage, loss or additional costs caused by my own deliberate or negligent actions or failure to follow instructions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Nation shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, cancellation or additional expense arising from my actions, negligence or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- I agree to behave responsibly, respect others, comply with Moroccan law and follow the organisers' instructions.
- I understand that nothing above excludes or limits any liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
