Travel & Timing
Depart 6.00am from Leeds Grand Mosque, 9 Woodsley Rd, Woodhouse, Leeds LS6 1SN.
Drive Duration: 3-3 ½ Hours
Arrival at Llanberis Car Park: 7:30-8:00 AM (just before sunrise).
Route Selection
Llanberis Path, Mount Snowdon, LL55 4TD
The easiest and most gradual route to the summit.
Distance: 9 miles (14.5 km) round trip.
Duration: 5 ½ – 6 hours total, including breaks.
Start Time: 8:30am
Summit Target Time: 12:30pm
Descent Start Time: 1:00pm
Return to Car Park: 3:30pm
Return Journey
Leave Llanberis: 3:30pm.
Arrival in Leeds: 8:30-9:00pm.
This is a male only event.
Join us on Sunday, 29th December, for a Charity Walk in Mount Snowdon, to raise funds and awareness for life-changing water and community projects in KPK, Pakistan, Yemen and East Africa (Tanzania, Ethiopia, Somalia) as we continue Usman Khans legacy. Your support will help build sustainable water distribution systems and eco-friendly Masajid and Madrasahs, empowering communities to thrive.
Key Considerations

Allow for slower progress due to winter weather and breaks.
If not at the summit by 12:30 PM, turn back to ensure daylight for descent.
Safety
Each participant carries a headtorch, warm clothing, and first aid
Assign pairs or groups for accountability.
