Disclaimer

By registering for the Paintball 2 Change A Life event, I confirm that:

- I/all participants are aged 18 years or over on the date of the event.
- I/we understand that paintball is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury despite safety precautions being in place.
- I/we are am physically fit and medically able to participate in the event.
- I/we agree to follow all instructions, safety briefings, and rules provided by the event organisers and Skirmish Paintball Leeds staff.
- I/we understand that appropriate safety equipment must be worn at all times in designated areas.
- I/we participate entirely at my own risk and accept responsibility for my own actions during the event.
- I/we agree that One Nation UK, and their staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or personal property loss arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- I consent to photographs and videos being taken during the event and used by One Nation UK for promotional, marketing, and charitable purposes unless I notify the organisers otherwise in writing before the event.
